Our high school welding and construction CTE class gives students hands-on experience with the tools and techniques used in the skilled trades. In this course, students learn the fundamentals of welding, fabrication, and basic construction practices while working on real projects in a shop setting. Safety, precision, and problem-solving are emphasized as they cut, shape, and join materials to create functional structures. The class helps students build confidence, technical skills, and a strong foundation for future careers in welding, construction, or other industrial fields.
